*Official* India Tour of Australia 2018/19

none of your australian players would even speak a word if they come across indian kabbadi players. Kabaddi requires more physical strength and fitness than rugby. Last year even australia participated in kabaddi world cup in India and as expected they were thrashed by India but one of the Australian had a bloody face after that match.
Take it easy, don't react to everything else you'll get infracted. That post wasn't exactly offensive, you have to spend more time here to understand the brand of humour in CW.

I thought Waugh was meant to know about cricket? How can anyone still think picking both Marsh boys is a good idea?
A lot of the collective Darsh love stems from when Waugh was still playing. He made a quality ton against a full strength NSW (up in Newcastle iirc) as a teenager and Waugh was as rapturous about him as an evangelical christian is about Israel. Both have proven to be madness.

I also think the side he named is based on the squad they’ve picked rather than his out-and-out choice of line up.

nagraj hooks Victor Ian for a flat six over deep square leg. Will see how Victor Ian responds.
More like pushes gently to mid off to be out for 2.

Did the definition of funny change while I was away? Why has this place been so dire recently?

paine or any other aussie cricketer would not have even spoken a word if they had come across indian kabbadi players. Last year even australia participated in kabaddi world cup in India if you don't know.
tbf Rugby is relatively well spread international sport, not many people outside India would have even heard of kabbadi

Australia participating in the kabaddi world cup would be like if India participated in the AFL with a team of 10 players and 8 other randoms off the street who don't know what AFL is but were required to make up the numbers

interested to learn that there is a kabaddi world cup though, seems kind of pointless when only 1 country seriously plays it doesn't it? Or do Pakistan play it as well? That could get interesting

What a series so far. Displayed why they are no 1 in the world didn't they India?

That said two things require urgent attention

India's batting. Probably the weakest since 1999 to visit Aus and it's to credit of bowlers that they still have a lead. Pujara Kohli and little else they have. Must get Shaw and Mayank to open the batting. And also groom that brilliant Shubman Gill who must make his debut sooner than later.

Win toss win match state of pitches in Aus. Perth test was a classic example in this regard. ICC must pull up Aussie board for this. But atleast it's a good break from the roads of the recent past which buffeted their batsmen s records.

not really. Played pretty well but more to do with Australia's batting weakness than anything else. That was the difference between this tour and SA/Eng tours.

lol Perth was probably the one with the least effect of the toss. Melbourne was easily the one where the pitch deteriorated the most. You really are as one-eyed as they come.

Actually India have participated in the last three editions of the Australian Football world cup believe it or not lol. They have a pretty ordinary record though.

Considering Kabaddi is a part of Asian games since 1990 and in the most recent Asian games(2018 ) Iran won gold medal and South Korea won silver medal someone is talking bollocks. Mind you all the players in Iran and South korea were locals , not even one player was immigrant . But don't let facts get in the way your daily propaganda which you regularly churn out on this forum.

That's a bit different, Australia don't compete in the "Australian Football world cup"

Hey man I'm pretty open about my ignorance about "kabaddi". Other than this forum I've literally never even heard the word in my life

You are ignorant about a lot of things . Do you know that when AUS won test series in India in 2004 , Tendulkar missed first 2 test matches due to injury and they were saved from certain defeat in 2nd test by rain as 5th day got washed out ? However since India were trailing in the test series after first 2 test Tendulkar had to be rushed in the team . So i don't see much difference between current series and 2004 series. But keep whining about weakened batting line up as if AUS are the only side that miss their key players.

And Australia have participated in the Kabaddi World Cup (at least the last one in 2016)..
What is more, if wiki is to be believed, 'all matches were streamed in 360-degree video with stereoscopic 3D options' by Fox Sports in Australia.
