Rule 742.b - batting conditions should be challenging enough that Tim Southee cannot score a test century.

Yeah it's weird, Boult overtook Southee's career tally by one wicket and Southee's now taken the next 12 between them. Boult hasn't bowled badly in that time - I don't think he has swung the ball as much as he'd like but has been tight.
