I'm actually on board with this, was thinking back to how it was useful having someone like BMac sometimes coming in at the top and getting the score moving in situations like these.

Latham meanwhile continues to have issues with right armers from around the wicket it looks like.

Thought the match was gaaaaaaaaaaawn when I saw Pakistan were 250 odd for 3, very impressive from the spinners to pull that back.

Someone who's been a spud all series (Latham, Taylor, De Grandhomme) could have all sins forgiven with a hundred here to set up a worthwhile target.

That caps a terrible tour for Latham, those 2 centuries on the previous visit well and truly a distant memory now. Pretty poor choice of shot nearing close of play.

NZ should sends specialist opener like Guppy or Young because Latham hits two century during last tour bats at middle order

Gavin Larson and kW responsible for his down fall
