Ive supported him on this forum many times.
He is a good test no5 by NZ standards.
A lot of the NZ supportes on these forums are too obsessed with technique.
If he can get runs it doesn't matter. He is an automatic pick now.

Don't mind the technique but a lot of low scores to go along with his bigger scores (which have often been played when most needed it must be noted), would be my one complaint. This will hopefully reduce the more he plays.

Compared to someone like Daniel Flynn (who had a similar run a few years ago) he's done well enough though, fully deserves his place in the side.

Tough slog this. Pakistan bowling has been pretty disciplined and the pitch seems to be difficult to score runs on even when the bowler misses their line.
