Saw this coming.Pakistan test batting post MisYou especially in UAE is so shaky they were excellent but in UAE they were colossal.Azhar has failed to step up as his the senior batsman after their departure in fact his returns have dimished while Asad continues to be Asad.

I think Enzed is marginally favourites at the moment since Pakistan has to bat last here with a shaky batting line up.

Yeah Azhar has had a bad year at a really terrible time. And it's just been any ordinary bad year either; it's been diabolical.

He's seriously just fallen off a cliff. I think the nature of batting is more prone to inconsistency than people like to admit so I don't think he's done as a player or anything (I'd probably still consider him to open for a World XI despite it tbh) but it's been really bad timing at the very least.

Yeah. He sees to get tired around the 150-180 ball mark, providing he has not thrown it away by then.

I remember the 80-odd at Headingly a few years ago where his technique just completely fell apart.
