India attain their largest ever test victory, beating the West Indies by an innings and 272 runs at Rajkot. It is the West Indies' second largest loss.

Cant say I'm surprised. Considering how India pasted much better teams, this shellacking was definitely on the cards

Indian one. Wi are a poor team and even worse away. India is the number one team in cricket

Serious question here, what was worse, this one or the Indian one they got at Lord's a few months ago?
As a isolated test Lord's was easily worse than Rajkot, but India have the excuse of not being terrible in the rest of the series and the conditions not quite favoring them in that particular test, Overall probably still Lord's given India is the #1 team by rankings.

Lord's was a battering but this was a much bigger thrashing. India had them 5 down for 120 odd before Woakes and Bairstow got stuck in. WI were never in this at any stage.

Rohit has hit an absurd number of sixes in that list compared to others. 58 to the second best of 24 for Guptill and everyone else having 10 - 20. Makes sense I guess. They are what enable him to get those 200+ scores.

Three 150s in 7 tons. Not bad for a guy who was a bowler not too long ago

Edit:

Strauss has three 150s in 6 tons. Shame he retired from ODIs just when he was getting really good at it, that innings against India was epic

In this list of batsmen with most ODI sixes, only Rohit Sharma and Kieron Pollard hit more than 1 six per innings (1.06 and 1.16 respectively): http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/content/records/283123.html
