For those unfamiliar, the East Asia Cup is a quadrangular series played between China, Korea, Japan and the Hong Kong Dragons - an team consisting of the best ethnically Chinese players in HK.
Born with the intention of developing the sport in the region, as well as building strong relationships between the cricket boards, it has been contested for 4 years now. Each year they alternate between Men and Women's tournaments, with each country taking turns to host it.
