Can we (India) still not be confident about our chances?

Rahul is a pretty good player of spin - if you remember the Australia vs India series in India, so is Dhawan. And Kohli and Pujara in average play it pretty well too.

Theoretically it can be done, but they haven't shown us enough to be confident in 4th innings chases. There's also very little respite with this attack, they bring in someone like Stokes or Curran and they manage to get wickets.

If it was the Indian batting lineup of 2009-11, I would definitely fancy our chances.

Holding saying about the carrom ball but the way Ashwin bowls it is more like the carrot ball teasing the bat to hit it a long way.
