Yeah, he needs to go for the next test. Reckon he'll be dropped if don't win, but if we do he'll be given one last chance.

Was hoping he'd go on an make a century, though, just so I could make a 'Key ton' Jennings pun

Did the same thing in the 2nd test in SA. Had enough help from the pitch just tried far too much instead of knowing his place as a finger spinner and bowling his stock ball over and over.

Even Australians and Indians would be dumb as **** to think that given how crucial Anderson was to winning series over there.

It's just that he has **** all support away from home.

This, he has been the lead bowler in the big away series wins apart from South Africa when he was coming back from injury. He was superb in India when Swann and Panesar outbowled the Indian spinners and was brilliant in the ashes win leading from the front.

I dunno much about his fitness actually. But it just seems unlikely to me that a nation would dump their number 1 bowler for certain tours.

Aside from 2010-2012, has Allastair Cook ever been consistently great? In recent years, he seems to give you a monster ton after every 20-25 or so failed innings.
