When one of the worst left handed bats in test history is looking comfortable against you you know he has bowled dross.

Should open with Bumrah and Shami after lunch and actually have pressure from both ends.

Always feels like it's going down leg when it keeps low because your play around your front pad in an effort to bring the bat down quicker. Can't really blame Jennings too much for wasting that review. Root should've known better though, felt like he let Jennings take it out of sympathy.

Dude has no ****ing patience. Can't get through an over just bowling 6 conventional offbreaks with nice flight. Always feels the need to fire one in there flat. It's what separates him from guys like Lyon.

can someone with motivation check mark craigs bowling average in england? because i remember at least one 4fer and i'd like his record to be better than ashwins

i doubt it is because he played 2 tests there in total and one of them will have contained a hammering, but a man can dream

I'd be shocked if it is. Ashwin actually has a pretty decent record in England, bowled ok in 2014 in the one game he got. He's sucked in SA/Aus, not England.

Moeen's fifer is messing with his head surely. It was terrible to watch knowing what he's capable of.
