I will inquire about this little missive though. Let’s hear it then.I tend to think of Burgey as being emblematic of what's wrong with Australia these days, but for very different reasons than that one.
That's why I'll keep my reasons to myself. Hard to have a fire without fuel.It won’t be half as entertaining as the spray he cops back, I can assure you.
Aww, come on now. Don't be a little Mr Miyagi. That's why I'll keep my reasons to myself. Hard to have a fire without fuel.
I'm trying to avoid Miyagification. This thread's long and dire enough.Aww, come on now. Don't be a little Mr Miyagi.
Mate, you've been looking in all the wrong places. I've been a coward for as long as I can remember.Starfighter is shook. Never took him for a coward but here we are
Typical soft AustralianMate, you've been looking in all the wrong places. I've been a coward for as long as I can remember.
Anyone remember how I tried to do this for years and one day eventually just cracked it at Jono in Cricket Chat about ticket prices of all things?Seriously, I come here mainly to argue tirelessly and quixotically over cricket, cause it's something I'm (a bit too) passionate about and it's something not really of consequence to the real world, so it helps me escape from it. There's no need to get in a pissing contest over people's personal views, especially against someone over double my age and with vastly more life experience than I have. If we want to dredge this up in 2045 then I'll be ready. I strongly disagree with some things Burgey says and where, but it's not my prerogative to persuade him of anything, he can do what he wants and I'm sure he's a perfectly fine bloke. Why try start something pointless? In hindsight I shouldn't have said anything at all.
