***** on a multi post rant. It’s the CW equivalent of Trump’s twitter account. And just as incoherent.

CBF replying to the substantive allegations, such as they are. Too depressing a day.

This thread is great. I visit every so often and it gives me a few pages of pleasure.

Looking fwd to Starfighter (surely the new Watson account) replying to Burgey.

Intriguing stuff.

Seriously, I come here mainly to argue tirelessly and quixotically over cricket, cause it's something I'm (a bit too) passionate about and it's something not really of consequence to the real world, so it helps me escape from it. There's no need to get in a pissing contest over people's personal views, especially against someone over double my age and with vastly more life experience than I have. If we want to dredge this up in 2045 then I'll be ready. I strongly disagree with some things Burgey says and where, but it's not my prerogative to persuade him of anything, he can do what he wants and I'm sure he's a perfectly fine bloke. Why try start something pointless? In hindsight I shouldn't have said anything at all.

Anyone remember how I tried to do this for years and one day eventually just cracked it at Jono in Cricket Chat about ticket prices of all things?
