Yep. I've always maintained that Smith was punished for the press conference and not the act itself. He'd have copped a lot less punishment if the spin doctors head have been allowed to do the presser instead, or at least coach Smith on what he should say.

He's a diamond for sure. Pace like fiyah. He's hardly played any FC games but has shown marked improvement since going on the A team tour of England. I'm confident he will take FC wickets also. That wicket of Shai Hope says a lot. He beat a class batsman for pace and movement.

The natural talent of the Caribbean locals is incredible. You can see why they were the best in the world for the best part of 2 decades. The mismanagement of cricket in the region and the running of the board has been criminal.
