Indeed. It was slathered in this sweet sauce as well, it was all you could taste.

Wasn't particularly good, but was probably the most exciting thing I've eaten in the last few weeks.

The best thing has to be classic Yam Cha at a large old school Yam Cha place. That or the sirloin steaks I had a friends house.

It's probably flown in from China (like most things in HK), so I'm not sure it's real octopus anyways. Could be the discarded rubber from a Foxconn factory.

Urgh not looking forward to lunch today. I'm going to have to get some sort of substantial meal to go along with the salad and roast veggies, and I'm just so not into whatever the canteens here serve.

Will be pretty excited when I change jobs and am able to go to a proper restaurant for lunch.

I might just grab the weak attempts at street food that the 7/11 here serves and call it a day. So depressing.
