Ambris should be back in the test set up if he continues like this. It was only injury that saw him miss out on this home season. No other batsman is really impressing however which is a shame. Perhaps Brooks but his stats are so underwhelming. Do we really want another elegant mediocre batsman around?

More interestingly, Chemar Holder and Sherman Lewis have shown a lot of promise with pace and movement in that first India A innings. Good signs for our pace stocks.
