Apologies for not posting the red chilli pork belly. I know you were all very keen to see it. I’ll be having some for lunch today as well, so will try to remember to take a snap.

Anyway, it was delicious as always. Obviously not as good as eating a piece of grilled fish off the floor, but still good.

I usually don't eat breakfast, but a fruit salad doesn't sound so bad tbh

Looking forward to that first cup of tea of the day tho. Next best thing to Chai is Hong Kong Style Milk Tea.

On the topic of juices - an unusual combination that works great is Apple, Beetroot and Carrot. Add a bit of ginger to it too, and it's a fantastic morning juice. Sweet but got some substance to it, very nutritious, nice color. Highly recommend.
