Nah, I unironically like Ryder, Hay, Bruce and Papps. I only ironically like Woodcock.Don't forget Doug Bracewell and Woodcock rounding out the top 7
On a similar note, I included Andy Ellis in both the bowling and batting charts as he's a benchmark, even though he's had a bad season.Whaaaat? How can you only ironically like Woodcock. He's everything thats great about NZ domestic cricket. A bits and pieces no rounder that converts themselves into an opener and consistently gets inexplicably good results. If they had exactly the same numbers and were a 25 year old, the whole country would be crying out for their Blackcaps call up, but since it's Luke Woodcock and we all know it's Luke Woodcock, no one says anything.
It's great.
Moving house again?Yeah I thought he mostly had but iirc has led the run charts most of this season - huge runs before Christmas. Isn't even playing this round, don't know why not.
Andy Ellis IS The benchmark. On a similar note, I included Andy Ellis in both the bowling and batting charts as he's a benchmark, even though he's had a bad season.
Oh he's on Lesson's radar, as of last month. Worker is their preference, sure, but on the radar.hey kippax, could we get some greg hay analysis at some point if it's not too much drama?
because statistically he should be next opener in line. he won't be because they refuse to acknowledge he exists, but he should be.
Haha, check out the text book Guptill dismissal to van Beek. Needs to be linked to every time the "Guptill might actually work if we bat him at 5" argument is made.
