Enzo fired. I'd say it's the end of the cruiserweights but their house show apparently did pretty good numbers.

They should absolutely do another cruiserweight classic to determine a new champion.

It doesn't matter what they do as long as they're still having to put together matches featuring more headlocks than flips

They cancelled a show due to crap numbers, where is the source that the shows did good numbers?

fair enough, seen lower attendances elsewhere, but still decent enough. It needs to draw on the road, because the show is utterly worthless if it doesn't.

so thinking of the rumble....and who wins. I know Dolph and Bryan are short with the bookies, but I can't see how either win. Dolph winning the rumble in 2018 would he as bland as NZ recalling Peter Fulton for his "experience" or India Gambhir.

Reigns and Braun will raise hell and will be protected but I don't see either winning.

So its basically either Shin or and I'd have as second fav Finn. There is a easy storyline to write with him v AJ and it would keep the hardcore happy while they load up with part timers in the main events.

Ladies? Ronda or Aska. Nia is the only other alternative, but I suspect like Braun and Roman she will eliminate loads and be well protected but won't win.

Women's rumble should absolutely be Asuka alone in the ring after clearing out the rest, #30 comes out. Rousey. Asuka and Rousey brawl for a few minutes, toss Asuka. Huge moment.

Asuka then wins the belt from Alexa Bliss and you get the undefeated Asuka vs. Rousey at WM.

Men's rumble I'd definitely be happy with Shinsuke winning but the Daniel Bryan thing is very interesting. Right now Bryan could absolutely have a WM match with Shane, or with AJ or with The Miz. Theres 3 genuine huge matches that are pretty much pre-built. And the roof would explode.

The Ronda v Asuka storyline makes so much sense really. It be huge PR for the company and that is an absolute money Mania match. I'd love if they did that, some might moan "part time" usual tedious bollocks but those sorts will never be happy. I don't see a bigger Mania match for them unless they try and shoehorn in Charlotte, but I'd keep that for maybe Summefest.

Bryan winning would be an absolutely incredibly moment also, but we have been here with him before and well yeah it ended in tears.

Shin winning to be fair would be pretty cool and probably a funner winner than we have had the last few years.

Even Miz or Shane or someone running in and throwing DBry out would be a great moment. Imagine the heat. Dbry heroically returns and gets screwed over, fans would be livid. And for the right reasons for once.

Look really has a Royal Rumble ever really been a 'good match'? Doesn't matter if you've got 30 women, 20 jobbers or 40 of the ATGs, it's still a lot of hugging in corners between cool spots and cheap pops.

Yes the women's match will probably be awful and botchy, just like the men's match will probably be awful and botchy. But it will also probably have some cool spots and hopefully build some stories. Enjoy it for what it is ffs.
Plenty have been good matches

The 92 Rumble is one of the greatest matches of all time.

Tana/Suzuki from last night was very very good and played off their previous match from 2012 incredibly well

I’ll need to watch it, decided to skip it last night because I wasn’t amoed about the six man tags.

Also holy **** the end of AOP vs, Undisputed worked me hard, something I genuinely thought was a botch was the finish of the match. Worked out brilliantly
