And there goes the game.

Only victories left are moral ones - lets root for a Pujara 50, and for Parthiv and Nohit to look out of depth. An attacking 50 from Pandya would be nice too.

Yep, those things happening would be nice.

He was a feather of an inside edge away from trapping Kohli in the first innings as well. He definitely had a plan bowling to him, well done.

Wonder how long we'll have to wait during these tours for the Indian fans to start saying stuff like, ''test cricket is dead: the best cricket is now found in the IPL''?

No one on here says that, man. The IPL threads have less action than the bloody BBL and HK T20 thingy FFS (though the latter is mostly 99% shitposting from ***** TBF).

The HT20 Blitz is the ****. I should start posting up stuff for this year's edition, it's less than a month away.

Parthiv looking outclassed - check. Altho tbf it's more the pitch than anything.

Just like India have their Wheel of Mediocrity of pace bowlers, SA have their Wheel of Excellence. The Wheel is forever.
It's utterly insane how often they produce top class fast bowlers. Would love some kind of in depth look at all the factors involved.

Not caring about tests is the last thing you can accuse Indian CW fans of tbh. Even when doing crap overseas, the threads are active. We love wallowing in misery.

Man this was such a good chance to win a series in SA, we really messed it up, oh well.
Got a friendly pitch here too. Very disappointing.

The first innings batting lost us the match, really. I thought if the rest of the lineup had supported Kohli a bit and not played dumb shots we could've had a handy 50-60 lead easily... SA's 1st innings was sub-par imo, and it was a huge chance to take the advantage. Conditions are ridiculously tough right now and a runchase was always going to be difficult. 285 was never on in the 4th innings.

Jimmy v this batting line-up swinging the ball around corners at Trent Bridge and Edgbaston. Too horrible to comprehend.
