Deep cover. For a **** no. 6. Who's really struggling. Against the new ball. In this situation.

How does this even happen? ***ing stupid.

Anderson has actually been really good and will end up the 2nd best bowler of the series just like I predicted. It's not his fault he had literally no support.
yeah the clouds have come out for him in Melbourne

He hasn’t been the second best bowler in the series at all. Come on mate.

Well done on the MCG for outdoing the Gabba as the shittest wicket
Yeah it's been piss poor for cricket. There was an interesting conversation on Grandstand this morning about it actually. Hopefully something will happen in future years.

MCG pitch has been **** for decades

Why would anybody think that they will change things now?

Yes Boycott! Shame it taken until the last day of the 4th Test, but I guess he's not hired by 9.

Just realised Warner's series strike rate is lower than Cook's. Underrated aspect of the series is how often Australia have opted against the intent you usually associate with this team, and how often it's benefited them.

On the bright side, match turning out to a dreary draw like this for an Ashes contest will be good impetus to make better pitches here.

Yup, England have played on Warner's ego with the deep point at the start. But he's managed to keep it in check.

Smith made his 1000th test run at the SCG against England four years ago. Will probably get his 6000th there next week. Decent rate.
