***Official*** 3rd Test at the WACA

S.Kennedy

International Vice-Captain
We like our cricket grounds to actually be big enough for people to be able to attend.
For the ten people at Shield games? And for the people who bugger off after the 2nd or 3rd day at a test match - sometimes only the Barmies are left, even when Australia are winning.

Yes, this is why our cricket grounds do not rely on cricket alone. It means we can actually support using 50k stadiums for Test matches since they'll actually host events that utilise that capacity all year around rather than about three times a year if lucky.

ian please 2 of 3 TPC's deliveries were great in that 3 for 20 odd, and the full toss dipped wickedly anyway

I do not understand why they couldn't have just modernised the WACA rather than build some new place? At least it is staying for Shield and smaller internationals though.
they tried for 10 years and it never got up

250/4 after 75.4 overs. So far, so good. With England's tail, they are in a position to score really big!

Not only is Bairstow getting runs, he's also keeping Malan off strike to put the pressure on him and ensure he'll get out before reaching his hundred.
