I'm gonna stand by what I said at the toss........it was brave, high risk/high reward. But in a must win test I think it was justified.....unfortunately we bowled like **** and wasted the new ball.So how horrible a decision is this? Not just based on hindsight. There were some who were saying it could be a bowl first pitch given all the rain.
