One of the better features of Kohli's captaincy, he may not be all that good in the on-field decisions, but given how hard he works, most of the team respects that and seem to have shown at least some sort of improvement over time.

Awta. As it is, I consider him a very good batsman but his away record is poor (outside subcon). Averaging over 40 only in RSA. Not remotely good enough.
