Saw you hammered Aldershot today. Anyone can raise their game for the cup but by all accounts (I had a break from the motorways today) we matched Posh today. Just got me thinking about how much better we perform against sides who want to play. And yet in our third year here we’ve not mastered the dark arts. Anyway we lost to Shots and yet I don’t think in a million years we’d ship five to any L1 side. Depresses me that we started so badly. On the up now though.

I think it’s suddenly gone into a really grim phase. Everton, Southampton, Bournemouth have all lost a lot of fun, West Brom and Burnley are as they always were and the promoted teams are all very defensive this year. I guess Watford are playing decent stuff for their level but you still wouldn’t go out of your way to watch them.

On the plus side I don’t think we have anyone properly terrible this year. Even Palace aren’t even close to as bad as their results suggest. That puts some big teams at risk.

Shame Leeds have gone to piss, love them or hate them they'd definitely bring some excitement into the division with a big fanbase and a lot of history. Wolves should be fun next year.

I am dreaming of trips to Leeds, Villa and Everton next season.

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Championship is really performing to stereotype this season. Wolves are better than everyone else but almost anyone could be going up with them.
