I can no longer stand the diabolical defensive and ineffective football being served up at Home Park so today had Soccer Saturday on one TV and the Under 17 World Cup Final on the other. Could catch on.

Yeah the English sides are having a great season. Feels like the balance of power is shifting.

3-0 now.

This ****ing City vs Napoli game has been mental. What a game of football.

The greatest to ever wear the shirt.
He's no David White.

Being serious he is up there. Not seen a better player unless you are picky and say De Bruyne but Aguero has longevity to add to it. Silva in the mix too I guess.

BARNES OUT
Aguero, Silva and Yaya are all up there as the modern guys. That trio changed the club from upstarts to a truly top team.

What a fantastic win. We were getting absolutely battered for the first half-hour, could've given up and said it wasn't our day but they did the opposite. A different team this season. To come back from 1-0 down to win 4-2 on a ground that no English side has ever won on before is a truly amazing achievement.

It’s true the Premier League teams have made a good start this season, but I still think Paul Merson’s prediction that all five could make the Semi-Final is more than a little unlikely.

Not been following the Championship (or any league other than the conference) closely this season so just went and checked the table after reading Pothas above. How beautiful to see Bolton propping it up. ****s.

Predicted that English sides would have a good year in Europe. Top quality coaches and no elite player has left the league since Suarez. Was going to start paying off with results sooner rather than later.
