yeah well tassie are actually fielding an almost decent batting line-up so those are fair calls. a heroic return for BeauSo Klinger has been left out. Faulkner and Paine arent playing.
It's not new. He batted there at the end of last season and dominated.I like this Cartwright to 3 thing.
It's happening, it's so close I can taste it.So Marsh is opening. Really don't want him replacing Renshaw, opening is the least suited option for such an all or nothing batsman.
Yeah I know, I liked it then too...It's not new. He batted there at the end of last season and dominated.
30th Match, Sheffield Shield at Perth, Mar 16-19 2017 | Match Summary | ESPNCricinfo
Rainbird looks very high at 8 too. A slightly disappointing scorecard from WA.The Tasmanian batting lineup does certainly look stronger, but I would probably take Faulkner over Rainbird or Fekete on bowling alone.
One of the world's ugliest actions but swings it both ways at a reasonable clip so could be a handful up northHow good is Nathan Rimmington? He has just signed for Durham for two years,
Durham County Cricket Club sign Australian Nathan Rimmington
Seems like a bit of a twenty20 merchant but he is free to play all three formats as he carries a British passport.
remember when Faulkner's main attribute in cricket was being one of the best Shield opening bowlers in Australia? So Klinger has been left out. Faulkner and Paine arent playing.
(he was never actually that good)remember when Faulkner's main attribute in cricket was being one of the best Shield opening bowlers in Australia?
All the Limited-overs cricket has either ruined him, or ruined the perception of him as a player. Maybe both.
He averaged low-20s for several years in a row IIRC. Was also a no. 8 batsman barely averaging above 20.(he was never actually that good)
