Obviously fast bowlers are more injury prone than others and this is Australia-centric due to me following them more closely. Batsmen were hard to find. Tim Paine with his broken fingers slotted in nicely as keeper.

IMO of course.

I think you should go with Jaya/Dhoni or Gilchrist/Bevan. The former has a decent bowler and the latter has better batting outside the subcontinent.

Ponting vs Kholi is a tough one though. Ponting was so very excellent for so many years and lead his team to two world cup wins. So he gets the nod outside the SC. Kholi's subcontinent record is just too immense to ignore.
