if you make your reply in all caps then the forum software automatically makes everything (including what you quoted) lowercase, as it thinks you're shouting/being rude/something. no lowercase characters in "10 imo" so it changed his post.
tbh we don't know this for sure. maybe ***** quoted the post and manually changed the capitalization like i did in this post. it'd be a weird thing to do but ***** is undoubtedly a weird bloke.
