Realistically though it's very deep on "batting" but light on actual proper batting. It seems the way of the world lately though.
Remember Ravi Shastri is coach again. So, don't be surprised if Rohit comes back at 6.So what are we looking at for the first test:
Mukund/Dhawan
Rahul Jr.
Che
King Kohli (c)
Rahane
Ashwin
Saha (wk)
Jadeja
Kuldeep
Umesh
Shami/Bhuvi/Ishant
I would go with Bhuvi but expect Shami to be there.
I dunno, depends on the pitch. You cant drop any of the 3 spinners though..
The same ICC whom allowed Murali to continue chucking?Shaminda Eranga has FINALLY had his bowling action cleared by the ICC so he might feature in the limited overs leg of the tour.Having said that, he hasn't played any form of cricket due to a heart issue..would be nice to have him and Prasad back for us..
The same ICC whom allowed Murali to continue chucking?
The same ICC whom allowed Murali to continue chucking?
The same ICC whom allowed Murali to continue chucking?
oh, **** off, honestlyReally? And other bowlers weren't?
Boring. The same ICC whom allowed Murali to continue chucking?
oh, **** off, honestly
Youre absolutely correct, Ashwin still bowling.Really? And other bowlers weren't?
This is the second time I have seen it insinuated here that Ashwin chucks. What's up with this? WTF.Youre absolutely correct, Ashwin still bowling.
Agreed it is indeed. ICC does zilch and we roll over and take it bet you do that good.Boring.
Correct. Sri Lanka probably provides the most help among Asian pitches for new ball seamers on Day 1I dunno, depends on the pitch.
A lot of teams can make this mistake when touring SL, assuming the pitches will be turners. They probably will, but SL often do have pitches which help the pacers a lot, Palekelle and Kandy in particular. Even the deciding test last time around was a genuine greentop.
