Haha O'Keefe pushers are going to be so annoyed with that bowling change.

Lyon deserved five for his bowling yesterday though. Well in.

What another bizarre session.

India dominated it for the first 100 minutes, but that last half hour from Australia and all of a sudden the match is in the balance again.

To think that I felt Lyon should've been rested before this Test. Bowled really well.

Current position sets up the game really nicely IMO. As close to 50/50 as possible.

Aus need at least 250 here one thinks. 200 is chasable, 250+ would be much harder and 300 would be nigh on impossible.

Hopefully Rennners can ton up today and make up for his catching and forest innings.

We just lost 4-15 despite having a stupidly long tail. Nearly a 100 partnership from Saha+Jadeja though so I don't know how to feel about this.

I'm still worried about how he'll hold up in the second innings with that split on his finger. He was always going to start the Test better than he finished it IMO as it's just going to get worse, so it's good he's contributed so much in the first innings.

I would open the bowling with Umesh and Kuldeep. Too close to call this. This little lead will be worthless if we don't get a couple of wickets early.

Aus get the middle session which hasnt been too bad to bat so far this test, and no second new ball until around lunch tomorrow, assuming they last that long. They'll be wanting none down at tea and about 40-50 in front, ideally.

He was bowling well in patches even in the last game tbf. Don't think the finger is affecting him much.

This token lead of 32 runs is only enough to even out the number of runs the Indian pacers are gonna give as freebies. We have to bowl as tightly as Australia have to even stand a chance.

Pretty weird call I think. Bhuvi's obviously going to be at his most useful with the new ball while Umesh is generally as good if not even better with the old one, and it's a lot harder to bowl wrist spin with the new ball than finger spin.

I'd just be boring and go with both quicks but even if I wanted a quick+spinner combination I'd not go with either of those bowlers.
