Good performance from Australia, albeit aided by a very defensive display by the Indian batsmen.

On a side note (and speaking as someone that has suffered numerous shoulder injuries), Kohli does not look to me to be somebody "in pain" e.g. I could no more lean forward with my arms resting on the seat in front of me than fly in the air. There is no doubt in my mind that other cricketers would have played

Seriously what happens to Kohli if we lose this. Captain of the biggest series of the home season and he drops catches, scores no runs, calls the opposing captain a cheat and then sits out of the deciding Test.

Kohli is many things but I doubt chickenshit is one of them. Let's be reasonable here.

Yeah I find it very difficult to believe he would back out of a Test of this magnitude for anything but the most definitive of reasons.

All I can tell you is that from personal experience (dislocation, 2 torn rotator cuffs, etc), just sitting still is absolute agony

He is either juiced to the eyeballs or it's not that serious

And I can say from experience, currently having two tears in my shoulder, that I can sit there and do anything and be in relative comfort, its only when I raise my elbow above my shoulder that I experience discomfort.

I figured the biggest issue is that they would be down a man on the field if any troubles happened during the game, 'cause surely he wouldn't've been allowed a replacement sub

I read the espn comments and a Jono posts there. Very amusing stuff written there, Australia suddenly has fans from all sorts of regions

I think we know it isn't anything that serious
