***Official*** Australia in India 2017

This session has been death by a thousand cuts for Oz. India being incredibly patient and just nurdling 2-3 singles per over and taking Oz right out of the game.

Have to laugh at the Comms imploring Lyon to bowl slower; that's been a stock topic of Oz Comms for each of the last six seasons.

Nah this is ridiculous. i genuinely do not know what is trying to be achieved here.
Only thing I can think of is that they're waiting for the 3rd new ball and just trying to bowl dry to get there.

(assuming this is re: Australia's bowling)

you can do that with other bowlers - in fact it's quite common
Agree that the bowling changes are poor, thought you were talking tactics in how they were bowling.

I don't get why we're being so conservative with bowling changes either.

India should definitely attack after lunch to get things moving. Otherwise, it will meander towards a draw. But the thing is, this pitch is not made up for attacking.
