Dhoni claiming a catch on the half volley. Only the 10th time in his career so probably give him the benefit of the doubt

He didn't really appeal, looked like one of those situations where the fielder doesn't know but wants it to be checked out.

It's all going to be about taking wickets when india bat because if there are wickets in hand, no total shud be too great on this another box of a ground.. but Good news from England POV is that there's still enough assistance in the pitch for the seamers.

Brilliant from Woakes on the 2nd and 3rd ball this over, he knew exactly where the fielders were and what Bumrah would do

Yes I think England will probably win this. Two paced when the seamers are bowling. Up and down and some sideways movement at times although don't quite know how the lights will affect the wicket. England need to be aggresive though with the ball. Keeps slips in play.

Batting doesn't look hard once it stops swinging though, That's going to be the key imo, if we don't lose too many first up the chase is on.

Stokes has improved a lot as a batsman at the back end of the innings. No more of the attemptss at hacking every ball for six, a lot more refined and selective with his strokeplay (even if he did hit a couple of deliveries that would have been wides) and more consistent as a result. I feel a lot more confident about him batting 6 or 7 long term if that's what they decide. I'd still worry about runchases but he's improved a lot so credit to him.

Nasser excellent on yorkers. But even that small zone negated if batsman goes deep in crease or moves forward.

what did nas say? I assume it wasn't the simplistic "bowl more yorkers!!!"
