The quicks got a wicket, it's not really on Lyon to exert pressure and not just flake out.

Again, analysing how he takes wickets, he only ever seems to get cheap ones.

Why would they play Agar over Lyon? That's brainless.

I realise Lyon is the worst bowler to take 200 wickets, and probably the luckiest bowler in the same breath, but this reaks of a Gareth Batty style selection. At least Lyon can shown he can consistently take international wickets, no matter how flukey they are.

Also, just imagine had Smith gone hard at the bowling earlier yesterday, could probably have had another 10-15 overs at these guys.

I don't expect Sydney to offer enough to warrant two spinners, otherwise they're giving Pakistan an outside shot with Yasir Shah who despite the return in this test, is still a far superior spin bowler to anything Australia have in their camp.... Misbah really ****ed him in this game with the field settings and tactics, he looked amazingly when he was flighting the ball outside the off stump of the lefties.

This is the type of situation Michael Clarke would've taken three wickets himself in... that prick had uncanny bowling in these situations.

Amir being awfully unPakistani here, you can tell every single fibre of his being does not want to lose and is stretching his batting talent out.

I really hope luck turns around for this kid, especially with the abuse the brainless Aussie crowds have given him.
