Having said that, even talent wise, they are not much more than an ordinary side ..i.e. they are still below average as a team..
Sounds harsh, but is more or less a reality when you compare them player by player to the other nations.
Indeed, it's been said before.

Disagree that they are ordinary talent wise though. Tamim, Shakib, Mushfiqur, Mashrafe and Fizz are all quality and would make it into most limited over sides of other teams.
Which teams would Tamin, Mushfiqur and Mashrafe be able to make it into? India, Australia, South Africa, England, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka? Not a hope. West Indies? Probably not. Zimbabwe, yes. They're all journeymen.

Shakib definitely would. He's world class. Arguably the best all rounder going at the moment. To early for Fizz to determine his true ability.

Tamim is a better player than Latham. at least for now. Him and Mashrafe would also be closer to international class if they operated in a better environment than the one that is obviously just not up to producing consistent results and top-class cricketers.

Better than Finch too, IMO. Possibly a moot point, since I don't really believes Finch warrants a place in the Aus team, but he continues to get selected.

I'd have Tamim and Latham on par. Neither are world class but Latham would retain his place in the NZ team ahead of Tamim. Mashrafe is a true journeyman. He'll have his moments but they will, and have been, few and far between.

We're playing Finch and Wade, we'd at least give Tamim and Mushfiqur a very good look.

Bangladesh bowler Tanbir Hayder reprimanded for using obscene language | Stuff.co.nz

Pretty ridiculous considering you could hear Munro swear twice at a batsman in his first over and the umpire had to intervene but no mention of him anywhere.
I think swearing in disgust is barely acceptable. It happens when you **** up and should be met with a word from the umpire. However swearing directly at another player is an absolute no-no in my books. More should be done to curb this type of behavior.

Munro very audibly said at Imrul said "take your ****in stance and hurry the **** up".... that's directly at another player imo. Also seems to go against the culture that NZ Cricket has developed over the last few years.

Yeah absolutely but they never swore at another player... well not that I heard. Haha. In fact, I love how aggressive Mitchy is/was but Munro just seemed be to be a bit of a dick, although I do like the guy quite a lot as a cricketer. #Munners@5
