Yeah. Dunno how a mentally shot team goes 1-0 up and bats first in the second test scoring 300+ and then loses the series. They were just beaten.

Probably some rich bloke booked tickets in large numbers online and those folks for whom the tickets were booked will show up later today or probably won't show up at all. Getting a ticket for an Indian game is probably not as straightforward as it seems.

Nah, Gambhir was dropped after that England series bringing back Vijay who then announced his comeback against Australia in 2013, then Sehwag got dropped after 2 Australian tests and came in Dhawan, and we know what he did to Australia in his first game.

Also Anderson's first 2 tests in that 2012 series were ordinary, it was only Kolkota that he came into play in terms of making a difference in the test match, by which time the scoreline was 1-1.

That sucks, sorry to hear that.

I went to Hyderabad back in 2013 but got tickets through family who live there, so am not familiar with how to buy them. Seems a royal pain in the arse.

Also there are so many Bollywood celebrity wankers who show up to get their pictures clicked at the Wankhede. Though probably not at Test matches, more in WC matches and the like.
