He's not doing it on purpose, he just bowls close to the crease so he's bound to run close to it.

So if he lands his foot in the danger area even once more over the next 5 days, he can't bowl right? Bowlers get a bit of a raw deal when it comes to this. Batsmen only get a measly five run penalty, with no risk of being rendered useless for the rest of the game. Jaddu is way ahead of the curve.
