Never really understood the idea that Cook is an overtly defensive batsman. He's more than happy to play one of his three scoring shots as often as the bowler is silly enough to permit him.

Nasser would have been a good salesman. He's trying to convince the whole India about DRS since the start of the series. Still trying.

Nice attempt to backtrack (I see what you did), but no. Just admit you were wrong and move on.
It's the same reason/rationale as to why umpires call exists - if you're stubbornly refusing "margin of error" because I only mentioned one out of the two areas it comes into play, that's on you.

Amazing batting from cook to keep that grubber out. It's not just his technique that's great for Indian conditions, it's that he knows what works in these conditions. Cuts out horizontal bat shots to short deliveries on the stumps.

What you post is absolute drivel - read the above where they explain it and use big pictures, so even you can understand it.

Be it "where did the ball pitch" or "would the ball hit the stumps" there is a margin of error in both.
It's not the same and you know it. Impact should not have that margin of error.

Still not a great review mind. India need to get better with it if they're actually going to use it going forward.

Kohli hit a shooter for four through midwicket yesterday.

A slower one but still.
