good day of cricket for me to miss. nice batting by india. best day 1 of a dominant series for them?

kohli tonning up when it doesn't matter to boost his stats, just like the final innings of the series down here. typical spud.

so reading back through this, did the commentators really spend all day pretending pujara is awful?

doubly glad i missed this. pujara makes every team in the world.

I missed all of this due to playing a match.

Was an awesome match so not too upset.

Rahane and Pujara are awesome and Kohli is a downhill skiing spud. Also lol Gambhir back in the side. His fans must be so happy.

Rahane's lucky to be there to be honest. Looked all at sea many a times against the short ball. Kohli looked solid throughout though.

Star of the day was Henry for NZ IMO.. was totally awesome but had nothing to show for it at the end unfortunately.
He bowled that well, did he? Good. Hopefully Tim Southee is somewhere sweating on his position in the side (hopefully the nets, or even more ideally the Hamilton Heart Transplant Centre).

Good ton from Virat. Just because series is over doesn't degrade it, it is Test match cricket against a good attack.

and twice "caught" off his forearm guard, on another day the umps may have though there was a hint of glove as well ...
Lol. He wasnt out but he's lucky because the umpire may have ****ed up and given that out on another day.
