I've only seen praise of Vijay and Pujara, no suggestion that they're better than Kohli.Pujara, Vijay, possibly Rahul? Not sure where I got the idea? The posts in this thread mate
Bu..but i like Pujara's hawk like nose, his tiny beady eyes and a smile which suggests that all joy is fleeting.Kohli's worst nightmare this. He has to bat with Pujara meaning he has to look at his ugly face at the end of every over and fist bump him, potentially for hours on end. Its this very moment that he wants to avoid and why imo he keeps dropping Pujara. Just doesn't want to see that mug while batting.
He gets dropped because he is not the captain and because they pick test teams based on ipl performances.Pujara has been dropped like a million times in the last 2 years. Even Pujara's mum wouldn't think he's better than Kohli
Pujara with a long mo would look like Nigel ThornberryBu..but i like Pujara's hawk like nose, his tiny beady eyes and a smile which suggests that all joy is fleeting.
It's not racist unless you believe it's somehow genetic, which I doubt you do.Don't think we want to be drawn into that rubbish.
I'll be labelled a racist but it's a very Asian thing, over-zealous appealing.

I think it's just naturally become more a part of the culture of cricket in the subcontinent due to the greater reliance on spin. A lot of spinners' wickets -- lbw, bat pad, stumped -- are less obvious and require more appealing than players getting bowled or caught in the cordon which are more common modes for seamers. On top of that, lots of noise and half-shouts is a good way to create pressure when the spinners are operating given there are often more fielders around the bat, and spinners can't create any sort of intimidatory pressure in the way quicks can. I think these factors have just baked it into the culture a bit more given cricket in Asia is more of a spinners' game. It's not racist to point that out unless you try to make the connection when Ravi Bopara is bowling for example.
yep its so annoyingly obvious.Kohli is India best Test batsman FFS. Rahane is too all-or-nothing, Vijay doesn't make enough hundreds and Pujara's been dropped (perhaps unfairly) too recently for him to be considered better. We'll have a clearer picture by the end of India's home season.
Nah Rahane is equal to Kohli if not better in terms of performance since he came into the team during the SA tour. Kohli has more overall ability but he hasn't quite put in the performance in terms of run making to justify himself just yet.Kohli is India best Test batsman FFS. Bet it was this suitJono's just had his hair cut, gone to the gym and bought a new suit IMO. Absolutely savage on ugly cricketers today.
It's close between those two. Rahane's been more consistent on a series-by-series basis than I'd first thought.Nah Rahane is equal to Kohli if not better in terms of performance since he came into the team during the SA tour. You should be off pudding.Craig's receding hairline is off putting
And that somehow indicates he doesn't want to win?man Kohli was full of **** saying his team doesn't care about batting averages they just want to win. He's barely played a shot the last few overs
