Will not show ball tracking as that is final argument that BCCI have over the DRS.... if shown to be accurate in India they run out of arguments. That's a really rubbish call. Feel for Ronchi. Also, have they even shown ball tracking on the replay? Looks really filthy when they refuse to show them when a poor decision goes India's way. It's happened before too, in the SA of series iirc.
I guess I'm risk averse. Wouldn't be thinking of trying to hit Jadeja off his line in this situation. Just see him off.because if jadeja is allowed to bowl that line and length consistently it's game over. Gotta force him away from it.
Yea perhaps. They had been doing it so well all day today tho.driving straight down the ground to the spinners on this deck is risky too because it's too easy to pop one up to the bowler or into the covers.
I thought I heard Manjrekar say that. Thought I was mistaken. Earlier he said that Taylor's lbw was crashing into middle and leg.Good mistake. Get ****ed,
From side on, probably but that was damn close.Ooof that was close. Too high?
Frustrating thing is that we didn't need the forecasted ball-tracking (i.e. after the point of impact) to see that should not have been out. All you need is a ball-tracking lines on the replay UP TO THE POINT OF IMPACT. Martin Crowe made similar comments, that there is some doubt about whether post-impact tracker is accurate enough, so better to have a DRS with 3/4 of the functionality than none at all. Will not show ball tracking as that is final argument that BCCI have over the DRS.... if shown to be accurate in India they run out of arguments.
