*Official* Pakistan in England and Ireland 2016

I don't see anything on the mainstream media that suggests that Pakistan called out England on ball tampering.

Congratulations to England on a fantastic win in the test..Pakistani batsmen need to look at themselves for not being able to hold on for 80 ish overs..

Looks like England would provisionally take the number 1 Test ranking if they win the last match, regardless of what Australia do.

The sad thing is India would take it off England if they win 3-0 in West Indies (ie the remaining two Tests).

IF England were to tamper with the ball they wouldn't choose bloody Root to do the dirty work would they.

Such a great day, £16 for that is just ridiculous value.

Bowling was just brilliant in the afternoon session. Everyone was good, really nice to see Moeen being able to bowl a proper spell with men around the bat.

One of his best Tests in ages, 7 is a great place for him to bat but there is Stokes. It is not a problem for England it just a bit of a shame for him.

Such a strange side really, like it a lot though.

Saw the scorecard and wondered if Pakistan had been up to their old tricks, but no, most of the dismissals were not brainless - just very good sustained pressure from England's bowlers.

This. Thank you. Problem is people are looking at the scorecard on Cricinfo and reaching the conclusion of Pakistan being Pakistan. It was plain old reverse swing bowling, something Pakistan themselves have used in the past to get teams from 100/2 to 150 all out on a flat pitch.

Bit less pressure on Hales, Moeen and Vince now, going into the final test. Hope Vince does well, there really isn't anyone good enough to replace him anyways..

Duncan Fletcher dreamed about a side like this.

The one positive for England is Pakistan only scoring 259 runs in the day. Having basically batted all day only losing 1 wicket (lost a wicket with the 4th and last balls of the day) they probably ought to have scored more (I'll disclaim this by saying I saw little play other than a bit of the last hour so don't know how the pitch has played.)

Still nicely poised. Should be a good day's play tomorrow.
Claiming this one.
