Yeah giving one tough chance over 254 runs is pretty amazing, against a good bowling attack. This innings though given the match situation still tops it I think.

Not the harshest circumstances, but that definitely set-up the game and eventually won the game for England. What else can a batsman do when he comes on to bat very early on day 1? Also, an attack of Amir-Rahat-Wahab-Yasir has real potent.

Grim shot that in the circumstances. He had batted really nicely, but stupid shot. Nice bowling from Lyon though, finally got that line/length right after being too straight and short for much of the innings.

What was that Brendan Julian rant all about?

If the other two stadiums to be used in this series do not have lights, there's no way lights should be used for this match (irrespective of how many overs have been lost). Good of Russell Arnold to give it to him like he deserved.
