So yeah, they can be expensive, but they're a good attack. In case anyone still thought this could never be a close series, well it will be.

Off topic but I would have liked Afridi to have developed fully as a spinner. That first century changed the course of his career. Such a strong arm. He could easily have taken so many more wickets as a leg spinner.

Bairstow has improved a great deal.This might help England deal with those batting problems. Bring Buttler in and have Bairstow at 5.

Been saying it all summer, whether it be Buttler or another keeper. If there's a guy who could average 50+ long term for England, other than Root obviously, it would be Bairstow. Sooner or later there will come a time where fatigue will inhibit Bairstow's batting. England's schedule is too chocker not to. Having Root at 4 and Bairstow at 5 is so imposing for the opposition. Not only that they will score an absolute ****load of runs batting together so you want them next to each other in the batting order.
