He played the full 90 loads of times this winter.

Meanwhile, someone seems to have spiked Wenger's wine collection this summer.

He's actually the perfect forward to have playing in front of Özil. The pair of them would smash goal and assist records in the same side.

How many times in the same period has Theo Walcott completed 90 minutes? He hasn't been out injured for as much of the time, but he never seems to play a full match.
I wouldn't normally quote my own posts ( mainly because they're rubbish) but I decided to look it up and he played 90 minutes 3 times in the Premier League this season.

Seen a lot of Arse fans be pretty snooty about getting Vardy, oh he's 29, he's an oaf, clutching their pearl ****ing necklaces. Why can't get one of the Worlds top players? Umm maybe because you haven't won your League in donkey's and your pretty crap in the Champions League.

If I were them, I'd be absolutely delighted to pick up Vardy, can only mean goals.

Vardy for £20m is an absolute steal. And he's the perfect striker to play in a team with Özil, he'd score a ****ton of goals with Özil behind him sticking him through one-on-one 2 or 3 times a game.

Off the top of my head I can't immediately think of another striker in Europe with Vardy's main attributes (pace, workrate, ability to play on the last shoulder and general nuisance value), certainly none that would be available as cheaply.

The only reason I don't want Arsenal to sign him is that the romantic in me wants Leicester to have a crack at the Champions League before their players move on.

He's basically a bigger, stronger, works his bollocks off version of Walcott. Oh how it would make my summer if we got rid of Theo.

Have no problem with this as our striker signing (given the paucity of top level strikers) and Wenger spending bigger on a wide forward of which there actually seems to be a market.

I don't get this "we want a world class forward" snootiness tbh. Jury on Vardy might still be out, but the guy has just scored 24 goals in the Premiership. If he's not a world class player, there are plenty of signs that suggest he could be. Don't get the moaning about his age either. If a player could make the difference between winning the league and not winning it who the **** cares how old he is?

All things considered I think £20m for him is a excellent price as well.

Come to think of it, he'd probably be the first genuine number 9 to play for Arsenal since... Suker probably. (not counting Park because he played like one game, and not counting Jeffers because...it's Jeffers, and because he also barely ever played).
