How did Billy Jones (I think it was him, must admit my Sunderland knowledge isn't that strong) avoid a card for his "challenge" on Aguero for the goal today. Didn't get close to anything, stamped his calf and raked his studs down his leg. It tore his sock through in the middle ffs. Don't care if it wasn't intentional.
Them Belvidere kids always were thugs.

Predictable stuff from City

I worked for the family for nearly 10 years and know how they operate

People that think this is the nominated owner's money are kidding themselves

This is family money and lots of clueless people have a say

They will chuck money at their new toy (Pep) whilst he is flavour of the month but no CL title = no Pep and it will be on to someone else until they decide that there is more fun to be had elsewhere

City have been pretty restrained when it comes to changing managers, and players for that matter.

City are one of the most stable and well run clubs in the country. Apart from a personal dislike I can't imagine you have any genuine basis for your arguments.

btw, who's Pedro?

Still work for the family so no bias and was on the phone to them earlier tonight

I simply know the thought process

City's "owner" is regarded as a good guy and is generally well liked by the 17 brothers

However, oil price has tanked and if push ever comes to shove, this "investment" will be palmed in a heartbeat

It is the better club in Manchester and with many more young fans worldwide than United at the moment. Bandwagoners are bandwagoners but they still buy jerseys and pay for the tv packages. They would obviously not have the spending power in the market that they do now but would never become what Leeds have. Leeds were horrendously run and hugely in debt. City are not.

You're kidding yourself

There are infinitely more MU jerseys in Abu Dhabi than MC and it is true the world over

Obviously there is currently in all fans, but I was talking specifically about young fans. In kids around the age of 10 I'd wager on there being more of them as City fans, at least internationally.

No way

Like it or not, MU is a desirable brand like Nike

City needs a Messi/Ronaldo to catch up

Wouldn't surprise me if Man City have more younger fans than United, it's been 3-4 years since United were good which is literally half a lifetime for some young kids.

Uniteds game wasn't shown here yesterday so I couldn't record it so I missed it and the Derby game. Glad we finally played some decent stuff but resigned to it going pear shaped next game since I'll be watching.
