Tuks normally has a power side though. Probably the best varsity side in SA, and good feeder for the Titans. Isn't Kruger van Wyk coming back to SA to do something at Tuks?
National champions how many years in a row now ? Think they've won the international tournament 2 out of 2 or just the first one ? Definitely are the feeder to the Titans.

I know Glover is highly rated and somewhere along the line something happened. I am not sure if it is discipline but he has pace and action that is repeatable. He does have a Slight round arm action but that may help him actually.

Was picked with Galiem at 16 to tour England with the SA u19 squad after the U19 WC win.

Shukri Conrad (the head of the academy) was only talking extremely highly of him during that Titans v Lions season opener game so he knows about him.

Just think he is extremely limited as a bowler.

His actions for the 2nd time in a short period aren't ideal either mind.
Fair enough.

Think he's a decent LO bowler, but Tahir and Leie should be ahead of him. Maybe even Maharaj and Linde too.

Yeah, his round-arm action actually looks more benefitial to swing than a general issue.

Limited overs he does get the results at domestic level but internationally I don't think he is there. Eddie Leie has gone backwards which is a pity.

Really think Tabraiz Shamsi must be close to getting a T20 cap for now.

Oh yeah, forgot about SHamsi. Yeah, he must be close to a call-up.

Isn't shamzi doing well in the 4 day games as well ?? Might ne nice to have a leggie for the tests again. I think he bowls legspin.

Chinaman. So left-arm wrist spin.

Not sure if he plays for Titans in the FC stuff. SeamUp will know, I reckon.

EDIT: He is playing FC for the Titans, and doing pretty well actually.

Ja that's what I heard. Got nothing against piedt but a leggie brings that something special to the side.

Piedt has done well. Need to give him an extended run in the side. And he can hold an end up too, he's part of the reason Quinny batted so well at Centurion.

Yeah Piedt definitely needs a run. That said, it's great to have a decent list of potential spin replacements. How far we've come from the days of Nicky Boje and Robin Peterson fighting it out.

That was a time to be alive!

Mind you, Peterson did well for SA at the end of his career.

Defo. That '****ing' of the wrist allows him to get that bit extra pace as well.

Gauteng schools dominate the production line these days but they always end up losing the talent. Recent SA u19 squads are just riddled with Gauteng players. KES, St Johns, St Stithians, St Davids etc

EDIT : He also used to open the bowling with Rabada at school and out-shone him quite often.

No piedt has statistically proven himself in franchise cricket. He's probably the best performing spinner over the last 4 seasons, I was surprised by his batting. He looks quite good at the crease.

He's got a first class 90, so he knows which end of the bat to hold.

Warriors looking to be a good shout for another victory. Really quite something given their squad.

Will hopefully make my way to their next game, hopefully I'm not a bad luck charm.

Are LIzaad Williams And Corne Dry regarded as potential SA fast bowlers ? Both impressed in the u19 wc in 2012.
