Certainly wouldn't be the first bassist to be intrigued by Carlos D's handiwork with drummer Sam Fogarino on the early Interpol albums, Albi. Carlos an absolute **** to interview or make records with, however.
I relate to him. it's hard life being a bassist because you're always the smartest and the best looking

Yeah I always figured that once you left school, your Hamilton club cricket career would be a disaster....

Was actually just about to tip the hat to the consistent use of early Interpol to score Kippax clips. Carlos D is actually an theater actor now in NYC

Disappointed it's an away game tomorrow. I've got a very rare Saturday off work and was hoping I might get the chance to go.

You'll have to content yourself with the haste with which that busy little Invercargill beaver was getting video of every wicket and boundary up onto the scorecard.

He was good in Queenstown when Sri Lanka were there, too. More of a roaming Southland/Otago beaver.

Well, the Alexandra game never got uploaded at all. So, he's still behind.
Oh he got there for Phillips' ton, but he took his sweet time with it. If there's internet at the ground, he's the best beaver in the business.

Having spent many hours in Alexandra trying to sort a half-decent internet connection, I can confirm the Alex internet coverage is somewhere in the region of "****house".

The speedy scorecard updates are coming from Hagley today. Latham stepping to off and daring Rance to hit his stumps.

Actually that over of boundaries was from Bruce. He's now got a leading edge to Ellis and been caught and bowled.

Young doing his best to not be playing any Tests this year.
Nuttall's been the one drawing the media interest this year, but Jamieson has also done very nicely for himself in the list A stuff, flying under the radar.
