I like the balance of the team slightly more this game then last, but yeah the bowling attack is ordinary. I can't believe Lyon isn't getting a game even if India are good against spin. As for pace bowlers being overlooked.. There are not that many. Andrew Tye is an option but he is similar to Hastings and Richardson in that you think of them as supporting bowlers who can bowl at the end of the innings.

Sketekee takes ODI wickets but I think it is more of an anomaly as he hasn't looked good in the Bash and isn't doing well in the Shield either.

I'm backing the decision to play Boland ahead of Paris given the game is at the MCG.

India to be bowled out for 220 this time trying to go too hard because of their ****ty bowlers. You watch.

The problem that I have with roads in Australia vs roads in India/SC is the fact that the spinners can get some help in the SC tracks which makes for interesting contest. When a bowler like Ashwin is rendered ineffective and dropped, that tells you a lot about these roads.

I wish only a thousand terrible things for Michael Slater's commentary career.

I see Kohli is now the fastest to 7000 ODI runs. Amla is a good chance to break that record and KW is a possibility if he gets better at converting 50s into hundreds
