Yes there is.This might be hyperbolic but is there not a risk to Test cricket from the Big Bash when we're being served up this ****?
Dan's at the BBL instead of home watching Eng v SA. Test cricket is dying (again). This might be hyperbolic but is there not a risk to Test cricket from the Big Bash when we're being served up this ****?
There was a really good discussion about this on ABC. Worth noting this only comes around very rarely, it won't be a problem for basically anyone else. Even Pakistan should at least in theory be an interesting series. This might be hyperbolic but is there not a risk to Test cricket from the Big Bash when we're being served up this ****?
last two BBL matches have been ****ing ****This might be hyperbolic but is there not a risk to Test cricket from the Big Bash when we're being served up this ****?
But they'll be another couple tomorrow. And the day after that.last two BBL matches have been ****ing ****
Why, though? The tournament doesn't need them. But they'll be another couple tomorrow. And the day after that.
Plus at some point surely the franchises start pressuring CA for the likes of Smith, Warner and Starc to be available to play more, if not all of the tournament? (granted Starc is injured just now but he's a superstar player that adds value to the competition.)
Maybe not right now, but the presence of the top Australian talent definitely enhances the league. A good business doesn't stand still and rest on its laurels and 'having Australia's Test players available for more of the tournament' definitely makes the Big Bash better IMO.Why, though? The tournament doesn't need them.
Yeah. Blame Google. Is *** censored on here?
EDIT: Haha, this is ridiculous!
Essex, Sussex, Middlesex
Atleast that seems to work.
Is that a James multi?Yeah. Blame Google.
How good was that commentary with Taylor and Slater when Bill said as a test batsman you'd rather face a good quick than a good spinner? It's been wonderful having him. Like an old uncle.
tbf if it had been Mikey born in Ferntree Gully and Warnie in Half Way Tree then his opinion would probably be different.Bill says "If you were batting for your life would you rather face Holding or Warne?"
Trying to find the footage of Bill getting sconed by Charlie Griffiths in the mod-1960s then batting on to make a massive ton. Shame he became so defensive later in his career, he's always overlooked when discussing Australia's best openers, but he was an absolute gun.tbf if it had been Mikey born in Ferntree Gully and Warnie in Half Way Tree then his opinion would probably be different.
not the done thing in competitive games, probably not too worried in a centre wicket practice sessionhuh. Did the batsmen just run 2 overthrows after the ball rebounded of the batsman's bat?
Is that considered ok?
